To help you create new workspaces quickly and consistently, Limecraft allows you to set up one or more workspace templates. These templates ensure that every new workspace follows the correct configuration, saving you time and reducing errors.
Please note: You need account admin permissions to access and manage workspace templates.
How to Create a Workspace Template
Go to Account Settings and navigate to the Workspace Templates section.
You can either edit an existing template or click to create a new one.
Configure the settings according to your needs – including metadata fields, categories, user roles, and more.
Once your templates are set up, you'll be able to select the appropriate one from a dropdown list whenever you create a new workspace.
