With that said, it is sometimes hard for the automated process to distinguish speaker changes. For example, if two speaker interrupt each other without a significant pause, it may be impossible for our service to differentiate between the speakers. Otherwise our services sometimes attribute parts of the speech to different speakers, whereas it in fact the same person.
