Sustainability is a crucial part of the world of Media Management today, and knowing when to remove material is an important consideration. At the end of a project, a selection is made of which material will go to the archive and the project is purged. This article explains the last step in closing a project, which is removing the Limecraft Production Workspace.

Note: To remove a production workspace, workspace admin permissions are required.

1. Go to Workspace Details in Workspace Settings.

2. Click 'Delete this workspace' in the lower part of the page.

Note: It is not currently possible to close a project and open it again afterwards. Deleting a workspace will completely remove the material and the workspace itself.
