A Delivery Workspace is a distributed repository of media assets and metadata, shared by producers and broadcasters, allowing them to interact in real-time, to ensure secure and timely delivery of programme material, metadata, and ancillary media. It structures the content delivery process, thereby improving security and operational efficiency for both producers and broadcasters.
As a content producer, you are invited to a Delivery Workspace usually by a production coordinator. This article explains the basics of how to access your delivery workspace(s) and log in.
Accepting Invitation
In most cases, you receive an access to a Delivery Workspace via an email invite.
- When accessing an account for the first time, you will need to accept the invitation via the mail.
- Follow the guidance to set up your user profile and login.
- If you already have a Limecraft account, it will be sufficient to accept an invitation.
- You can also join a workspace in the workspace listing page of an account that you already participate in.
Now you can find the workspace that you have joined in the workspace listing of the account in question.
NOTE: As a content producer, you might have been invited to work within various accounts. You can select the account in the left upper corner.
