As an account manager, you have access to an overview of past and currently running workflow in the account as a whole. 


This overview gives you insights into the different types of workflows; when they were started, duration, workflow status, user among other details. The overview is available both at the account level as well as production level. 


1. Accessing the Workflow Overview on the Level of the Account


Assuming you have at least permissions as an account admin, you can access the workflow overview via Account Settings > Workflow Overview.


In the workflow overview, you get a list of all past and running workflows, including any of the following fields.

  • Workflow Label - the type of workflow (Ingest, Transcription, Fingerprint, Shot detection, Translation, AdvancedSubtitling...)
  • Workflow id
  • Workflow Status
  • Workflow Error
  • Workflow Funnel
  • Task Label
  • Task Status
  • Task Reference Name
  • Workflow Duration
  • Created at
  • Started at
  • Finished at
  • Production id - which refers to the identification of the workspace
  • Production name - which refers to the name of the workspace
  • User id
  • Clip id
  • Clip name
  • Clip Type
  • Collection id
  • Collection Title
  • Collection type
  • Category Id
  • Category name
  • Task Name


2. Searching for Workflows


You can use each of these fields to include or exclude certain categories of workflows as illustrated below.

The details in the overview include for example, the workflow status, workflow duration, time of creation, name of the user among others.


3. Workflow insights


Clicking the eye icon gives you more detailed view on the selected workflow.

4. Managing a Workflow

Clicking on the three dots opens a window with actions and options to manage the workflow. Here you have the possibility to for example cancel or pause a workflow if needed.
