Depending on the type of Limecraft subscription, a certain amount of Cloud Storage is included. 



The Limecraft Cloud Storage is used for storing non-proxy material such as original material, transcoded versions sent to Flow or thumbnails and attachments. 


It is possible to monitor the Cloud Storage usage in the usage section of the account settings. Account admin access is required.

There is also an automatic notification email sent to the account owner when the cloud storage is 90% full.


It is possible to purchase additional Cloud Storage. Read more in the subscription management and usage article


How it works?

  • Depending on the Limecraft subscription, certain amount of Cloud Storage is included.
  • All non-proxy material is stored, such as original material or transcoded versions sent to Flow.
  • If cloud storage is full, you can purchase more storage or free up space by deleting material
