As a broadcaster, you can manage the Request Info section when handling delivery requests. One key feature is the ability to assign a request to a specific user or user group with a particular role.
This helps team members focus on the requests that are relevant to them, ensuring a more efficient workflow.
How to Assign a Request
NOTE: Only users with a Broadcaster role can assign a request.
- Navigate to the Request Info section of the request.
- Select an assignee from the dropdown list.
Once assigned, the assignee will be displayed in the request overview.
Additionally, you can now filter and search for requests based on the assigned user, making it easier to track and manage tasks.
