As a broadcaster, you can manage the Request Info section when handling delivery requests. One key feature is the ability to assign a Reviewer to a specific user or user group with a particular role.

This helps team members focus on the requests relevant to them, ensuring a more efficient workflow. For content producers, it can also be useful to know who is responsible for reviewing their request.

Assigning a Reviewer for a Request

Note: Only users with a Broadcaster role can set the Reviewer for a request.

  1. Navigate to the Request Info section of the relevant request.
  2. Select a user or a role from the dropdown list.

Once assigned, all users involved in the request can see who is responsible for reviewing it.

Additionally, you can use filters to search and organise requests based on the assigned reviewer.
