The Delivery Workspace allows you to include client-specific fields on each deliverable or delivery request. These fields are displayed in the Request Info tab and can be used to capture relevant information, such as location details or external reference numbers.
Who Can Edit These Fields?
- Users with Manage Request permissions can fill in these client-specific fields.
- Users without this permission will see the fields but will not be able to edit them (they will appear greyed out).
Configuring Client-Specific Fields
At the moment, these fields are configured by Limecraft when setting up the delivery platform template, which is used when creating new workspaces.
These fields help streamline your workflow by ensuring all necessary request details are easily accessible and structured in a clear and consistent way.
