To help you manage and navigate large collections of media content more efficiently, Limecraft Delivery Workspace allows you to archive and restore delivery requests. Archiving a delivery request or submission ensures that it is no longer accessible to suppliers or third parties, helping you keep your workspace organised and relevant. 



Please note: Only team members with the appropriate admin permissions are able to archive or restore delivery requests.


How to Archive a Delivery Request

  1. Open the delivery request you wish to archive.

  2. Click the Archive button, located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Confirm the action. You may also leave a comment, if relevant.

Once archived, the request will no longer appear in the Delivery Workspace request listing.
