To maintain control and ensure proper management of content submissions, Limecraft Delivery Workspace enables the broadcaster or receiving party in the supply chain to lock a delivery request. Locking a request prevents any further submissions. If needed, the request can be unlocked again at a later stage.



Note: Locking and unlocking delivery requests requires specific admin permissions.

How to Lock or Unlock a Delivery Request

  1. Open the delivery request you want to manage.
  2. Click Lock or Unlock in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Confirm the action. You can also leave a comment if applicable.


Once locked, no further submissions can be made until the request is unlocked.
