Sometimes you may need to update one or several custom fields after importing or offloading your media into Edge. Instead of editing each item individually through the metadata pane, you can use the Bulk Edit function in the upper toolbar of your Edge Library. 


Step 1: Select the Items

  • In Edge Library use the breadcrumb to search the items that you need.
  • Use the checkboxes to select multiple items at once.


Step 2: Open the Bulk Edit Function

  • Click the Bulk Edit button in the toolbar.
  • The Bulk Edit panel will open.


Step 3: Edit the Custom Field

  • Locate the custom field you want to update.
  • Enter the new value.
  • Confirm to apply the change to all selected items.
