As part of the collaborative video workspace, the Limecraft Review application allows you to set the verification status of a clip. The Review Status communicates the progress and outcome of the clip's verification flow to all stakeholders. You can use the default Review Statuses, such as Approved and Not Approved, or configure your own custom statuses.

How to set the Review Status?

Set the Review Status to clearly communicate the current verification status of a clip to all stakeholders.

1. Open the Review application

2. The Review status is available above the commenting pane.

3. Select the Review status from the dropdown list.

NOTE: The review status is shown for everyone collaborating on the clip.

By default, the Review Status contains two alternatives: 'Approved' and 'Not Approved'. However, the verification statuses are customisable via the workspace settings by users with the workspace admin permissions.

The Review Status can be used as a filter in the library search, making it easy to locate clips with a specific status.

Combine the commenting functionality with the Review Status to effectively communicate the reasoning behind decisions and outline the next steps related to the status.
