Restricted Comments is an additional feature of the Review Comments functionality, allowing you to exchange comments with a selected group of team members who have access to restricted comments. This feature can be enabled in the workspace settings and by granting access to restricted comments in one or more roles.

Provided you have workspace admin privileges, here's how to enable restricted comments.


1. Enable restricted comments in the Review section of the workspace settings.

Here you can also define the default visibility, visible to team, restricted, or scheduled for publishing to the whole team.


2. Add access to view and write restricted comments in one or more of the team roles.

Now restricted comments have been enabled to your selected group(s) of users.
