When Flow imports media files, they won’t automatically appear in your production library. Click on the refresh button in the right corner and your files will appear.
Depending on the state of the upload and ingest, the thumbnails in the library will look different:
- Playback unavailable: The ingest workflow has not yet started for this clip.
- Processing: The ingest workflow is running on the server.
- Ingest complete: The ingest workflow has finished successfully.
- Ingest failed: Something went wrong, try again. If it still doesn’t work you can contact our support team.
If the clips don’t show up in the library at all, try to import them again. Still no sign of the clip? Contact our support page by clicking "Create new ticket" or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
