When subscribing to Limecraft an account is automatically created. It gives you access to several Limecraft services, such as ingesting, managing, storing and exchanging media, transcription, translation, subtitling and more.
Most of our partners work with one subscription, one account model. However, it is possible to go for a multi-account set up if that serves the purposes of organizing the work and material better.
An account is organized in workspaces, which are usually project based. This enables you to give specific accesses to team members of a specific project. A Limecraft Workspace, gives you the access to a number of automation, Cloud and AI services. We will list here the main ones.

A Limecraft Account organises media content and projects into workspaces and enables collaboration with internal and external partners via invitation to join the workspace, or giving access to limited content via a shared link. Note: security is of high importance to Limecraft.
