Restricted Comments is an advanced feature of the Review Comments functionality. It allows you to exchange comments with a selected group of team members who have access to restricted comments. This feature can be enabled in the workspace settings and by assigning access to restricted comments within specific roles.
Provided you have workspace admin privileges, here's how to enable restricted comments.
1. Enable restricted comments in the Review section of the workspace settings.
Here you can also define the default visibility, visible to team, restricted, or scheduled for publishing to the whole team.
2. Go to the Team section of the workspace setting to manage user permissions. Add access to view and write restricted comments in one or more of the team roles.
Now restricted comments have been enabled to your selected group(s) of users.
