Limecraft pricing plans include predefined usage limits for different components, such as transcription or managed media. By setting your own limit, you can keep better control over your costs and receive an early warning notification when your usage is approaching the defined threshold. This helps you avoid unexpected overages and ensures smooth operations.
How to Set a Limit?
As an account owner, you can define a managed limit for specific components by following these steps:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Locate the component usage section.
- Click on the cogwheel next to the component.
- Set your preferred usage limit.
You will receive an email notification when usage reaches 90% of the defined threshold, giving you time to take necessary action.
How to Restore the Maximum Limit?
If you want to remove the set limit and restore the default maximum usage, simply set the limit to -1. This will revert the component back to its maximum allowance under your pricing plan.
By actively managing your usage limits, you can maintain full control over your Limecraft account and prevent unexpected costs. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team!
