The Limecraft Review application enables you to effectively collaborate with the team members. This article demonstrates how to manage several comments at once. You can, for instance, add a tag to a bulk of comments, change the security level or delete several comments at once.

The commenting functionality is an essential feature of the Review application on Limecraft platform. In some situations, the same adaptation that we want to make to an existing comment applies to several comments.

Updating, deleting or changing security status of selected comments in a bulk saves you precious time. 

Below we will show a few examples.

1. Select the comments that you want to adapt by clicking on the circle to the left of the comment. 

You can also click 'ctrl + a' to select all comments.

2. Change Visibility allows you to change the security level of the selected comments at once. You can chose to set some comments for restricted visibility, or vice versa. 

When making restricted comments visible to all, it becomes possible to change the review status of the clips as well. 

3. Bulk update enables you to add new tags on selected clips. After typing in the comments quickly, you can refine and improve their searchability by adding relevant tags. 

5. Export the selected comments from a clip to your preferred file type directly from the Review application.
